   I usually post about once or twice a day (depending on how busy I am) to see how things are going and what we're discussing to make sure everything's going well.

   When members become inactive, I usually comment on their profile to make sure they're still in the collab. That usually works, and members don't usually become inactive anymore because I ask them if they'll stick with the collab once they join.
   
   
3. Why do you spend so time on your collab? What motivates you to keep working on this big project?
   
   I'm mostly motivated by thinking about how awesome the final product of our collab will be. I also feel like I let the other members down if I just give up or quit.
   
   
4. How do you organize your collab? (For example, does everyone each get a specific job, or do you only give jobs to whole departments?)
   
   Every week or so, I give everyone a set of tasks depending on what their skills are to complete to help contribute to the project. Once everyone finishes their tasks, we go over them, and then I'll give out new tasks.
   
   
5. How do you keep your members inspired, if/when they seem to lose interest in the project?

It has semi- 3D graphics and allows you to play as a pilot of a spaceship protecting you from enemy ships. Check it out!

In the ST's latest updates they added a paste browser/operating system button. This allows a user to instantly add their computer information (got a better phrase?). This should be useful to the ST as it will make it easier for people to give information on bug reports and hopefully the bugs will be able to be solved in a more timely fashion. This last update also included more useful features, so be sure to read the report and thank the ST!
