Almost everywhere on Scratch, I see a lot of people with the username cs(Insert five digit number here). Does anybody know why this is?

Probably they feel like it.

It's either:

1. A Scratch Trend (likely)
2. A really big school (or a team of schools).

CS is probably Computer Science. It's most likely some school with their CS course.

As per this, it's probably somebody from Google's CS50. (AFAIK loads of schools around the world use it)
