Tagspam

Before Scratch 2.0, tagspam was an issue where Scratchers would post junk tags like waffles. There also was a [+] icon that made the tag bigger when someone clicked it, resulting in things like Click here > to make their tag the biggest one. Anyone could post tags, which resulted in many huge tag lists, most of then junk. In Scratch 2.0, tagging was limited to 3 tags, tagging was limited to the project owner, and tags may not contain spaces.
