New "say" block with no line to speech bubble.

Maybe merge it all into one block:

say [] with box type [speech v]

(i forget the code for making it looks purple)

The dropdown would have options like speech, thought, box, etc.
Also make the timed counterpart of the new block.

Support, I can see this being really handy. You can workaround it but if your project uses pen it can seriously decrease framerate, as you have to redraw the entire screen when you want to redraw the text bubble.
