What to do with members who are inactive?

Not everyone is perfect. In every, yes, every collaboration, there are a bunch of collaborators who just join and say ‘I come online every day’ and yeah, they do come online every day, but they don’t do their job every day. So what do you do with them?
1. Remind them of their job on the forums first
You can just make a post on the collaboration topic. Say something like,
Hi @ABC, please do your assignment to draw the goose. Thank you.
Usually works. Someone quotes it and says that they are going to do it. Please be polite and not say something like
@ABC !!! Why are you so lazy?! DO YOUR ASSIGNMENT!!!
That’s not nice. But what if the person did not follow the topic?
2. Comment on their profile
For those who did not follow the topic, you can remind them quite a few times and they don’t reply, unless they remember the link and go to that forum often. Then you must comment on their profile. Comment only once or twice. No one likes spam. In your comment, please remind them to do their job and also to follow the collaboration topic.
3. Give them something like a deadline.
If they still don’t reply, give them something like a deadline. They must complete their job by then. The deadline must not be too pushy. It should give them ample time to complete. Tell them that they must do it before the deadline or they will be considered as inactive.

If ever you feel like kicking people out of your collaboration, well I can’t really stop you. I know what it feels like to let someone have their name in the credits when they actually do not contribute anything. But before you do it, step back. Just do the above actions. Because maybe they just did not follow the page or something. But let's move on to ‘kicking members out’
4. Laying Them Down ‘Easy’
If you feel like your @ABC isn't doing enough work and isn't following Step 4, AND you already tried Steps 1-3, you might have to ‘fire’ them from the collab. The best way to do this is to just explain to them that your collab needs hard workers and they are just not being active enough for the other people. Also tell them how they can get their ‘job’ back. If you just say something like

@ABC, you're FIRED! You aren't doing any of your work PLUS you aren't answering me on your profile page!
Then @ABC will hate you forever and try to evilly advertise your collab (Ex. OMG @XYZ's collab Return Of The Goose is failing terribly!)
So if you just say something like:
@ABC, sorry to say this, but I'm afraid you have to stop working on our collab. You haven't been working on your assignments, and you haven't been answering me when I try to contact you. Our collab is doing well, but we need hard workers to complete our tasks. We can't be held back because of one person. If you will do you job a tiny bit faster… we'll happily invite you back .

One note to all members of any collaborations: If you are going on vacation, and can’t do your assignments, inform the others. They will really get frustrated when you are inactive for so long.

Let's try it as a sticky topic for a while and see how it goes. Thanks for making this!

What to do with members who are inactive?

nice job, i will see if i can encourage others to look at this

Who doesn't like cats?

“The only escape from the miseries of life are cats and books''

“I meant,“ said Ipslore bitterly, ”what is there in this world that truly makes living worthwhile?"
Death thought about it.
CATS, he said eventually. CATS ARE NICE.”

“Owners of dogs will have noticed that, if you provide them with food and water and shelter and affection, they will think you are god. Whereas owners of cats are compelled to realize that, if you provide them with food and water and shelter and affection, they draw the conclusion that they are gods.”

“Never try to outstubborn a cat.”

“Cats can work out mathematically the exact place to sit that will cause most inconvenience.”

“Throw a stick, and the servile dog wheezes and pants and stumbles to bring it to you. Do the same before a cat, and he will eye you with coolly polite and somewhat bored amusement. And just as inferior people prefer the inferior animal which scampers excitedly because someone else wants something, so do superior people respect the superior animal which lives its own life and knows that the puerile stick-throwings of alien bipeds are none of its business and beneath its notice. The dog barks and begs and tumbles to amuse you when you crack the whip. That pleases a meekness-loving peasant who relishes a stimulus to his self importance. The cat, on the other hand, charms you into playing for its benefit when it wishes to be amused; making you rush about the room with a paper on a string when it feels like exercise, but refusing all your attempts to make it play when it is not in the humour.
