What are the differences between the editors in Scratch 1.4 and Scratch 2.0?

Also, I don't remember, but does Scratch 1.4 have a help menu?

According to here, here are the new features: 1.4 has the “backdrop name” block, the Backpack, cloning, cloud data, custom blocks, the “About me”, “What I'm working on”, “Featured Project”, and “What I've Been Doing” sections on profile pages, following, separate “Instructions” and “Notes and Credits” sections on project pages, the comment replying system so that it shows the username of who you are replying to, showing/hiding lists, the Sounds tab in the editor, galleries renamed studios, the “current ()” block, the “days since 2000” block, usernames in comments linking to profiles, the “username” block, separate bitmap and vector editors, video, the “when backdrop switches to ()” block, and the zooming in the Scripts editor.

I also heard that there was an “Ignore List” in 1.4.
