I don't like the automatic system. I'm not an English speaker, I can be clumbsy in my words.
I need my comments to be checked by an human, not an automatic system, or if it's done, I have to be able to explain what I meant to an human.
No deshumanization, it make more problems than it solves.

When someone post “this game sucks”, you reply “and what did you do better than this?”, in a very kind way, not aggressive, and you report to scratch team. I noticed it was enough in the case I witnessed.

Support ignore list but nothing else. Black listing could back fire easily..

I think this is a pretty good idea. It could prevent other people from seeing it. But what about the comment-rating system? What would we do about that? (Sorry if this has already been discussed; I didn't read through the entire thing.)
