How to pause music?

I want to make a project and I want to make a game mechanic which pauses music that it being played and continue it. Please could someone help?

when green flag clicked
ask [Help please?] and wait

You can pause music played using

play note ( v) for (0.5) beats

but for
l

play sound [ v]

then the best you can do is stop and restart or mute and unmute.
