NO!!! The vocaloid did ZERO of the work. The producer BOUGHT the vocaloid TUNED the vocaloid and MADE the song that they are singing.
I generally do “Producer feat. vocaloid”

IF YOU GUYS ARE GONNA CREDIT THE VOCALOID THEN AT LEAST CREDIT THE VOICE PROVIDER!!

Dang I can't tune Momomone right. I mean, nobody can! She sounds TERRIBLE. (Also VCV is not as cool as it sounds don't get them they're a waste of space)

Yes but you still have to acknowledge that they exist for the producer to do all that.

Also, no one credits the voice provider because though they provided the voice, the Vocaloid often sounds substantially different. (It also kind of defeats the purpose of the character itself.)

i think usually official releases credit the producer/band, while featuring the vocaloid (e.g. rolling girl ft. Hatsune Miku by wowaka). that makes the most sense imo.

Ruby's design is cool, but Stardust looks a little too much like Yuzuki Yukari. (In my opinion, they have to ditch the quad tails or make the hind tails more prominent to keep from receiving design hate.)

eh, yeah, it does look kind of like yukari, but only in the front pigtails and maybe the purplish color. otherwise I think it's fine, and the amount of hate is definitely lower. they'll probably get more art later where they change it more :\ they're not going to get rid of the quad-tails, though. it's based off a mascot for a company, and the company's name was “quadimension,” so the quad-tails are important.

Now I can't decide whether her design or Daina's is better. (Though if that were VY1's design that would be awesome.)

It took me a few seconds to figure what Yukari you were talking about! XD for a second there i was thinking “Well that's a lame design” before I realized it wasn't Yukari Takeba!

I read on the wiki that they have alternate designs for Dex and Daina without the animal traits that they might replace the current ones with. Do you think that's a good idea? (Personally, I think that if they don't keep them, they'll just be like any other Vocaloid, so no it's not a good idea. The animal traits are what make them unique. I also probably would prefer these to any others they might have.)

And if they do decide to remove animal traits they'd better not remove the ponytail. Daina is the only Vocaloid I've seen with an actual ponytail.
EDIT: I just noticed Uni has a ponytail, but I like Daina's better.

What is a Vocaloid Academy? Is it basically an RP?

EDIT: Checked Vocaloid Wiki. Fukase's design is one of the worst I've ever seen. It's basically a red version of Oliver. His voice better be good to make up for that.
