I know how to get sounds onto scratch, but which website do I need to go to get songs onto scratch is my problem.

Well I'm here to help if you have a phone charger plug the bit that you always plug in your phone and take the cored from the adapter or the thing that plugs in the walls and put that in your laptop then it should come up with (I have an Apple phone but you mite have something else) Apple Phone and there will be buttons saying downlode pitchers, video or Open devise files click on what ever you wanted and it should get all of the stuff and downlode it all on your laptop read all the other to get music on scratch ennielsen1 OUT!!!!!!!!!!!!!

What do you mean, upload it to your computer? I have the same problem, but I want to use a youtube song. Do i have to use Itunes?

I have music already. But every time I move it from the iTunes folder to the scratch import thing, it just shows the song as a flat line, and doesn't play. My project is hopeless if I can't get my music to my project.

Have you not realised that sites like youtube-to-mp3.com are illegal when using them on music videos?
You should buy music.

If you have music in iTunes that you want to move to scratch, you need to convert them to the mp3 format.

Hello

To get music on scratch first you need to download the file onto your computer or whatever you use. Once the file is downloaded it should show up as an MP3 or a WAV.

You can get your music from anywhere you can downloaded it. Then once it is saved you can go to your Scratch Project.
Where it says “SCRIPTS” at the top you should see two buttons next to it. “COSTUMES” and then “SOUNDS.”


Click on Sounds. Then there is an upload button. Click on that and then click on the file. Once you have done this you then click on upload.

Then your new sound has been uploaded.

um when i save to my file i cannot find it…

If you cannot find it then try to download it again,. Have you tried looking in your downloads folder

I keep uploading my sounds and it just appears as a 2 second empty clip, it has the title but no song pops up

That sounds like a bug. Please report bugs in the “Bugs and Glitches” section of the forum.
