Ok, so what I want the artist to do is pull the shapes out from the swf (or images whatever you want to call them) and I want you guys to basically get them all and make sure they have no background except for the ones that need a background and then we will work from there when we have all the sprites.

Scratch can import svg and stays in vector

And picture is typically in jpeg

I can get it to scratch somehow?

Shockwave-Flash game's aren't a .svg image. Websites that do games are usually using swf's to run their games.

Well anything besides svg is bitmap in scratch

I can do anything. My strong spots are coding and craziness (answers for the questions). My weak spot is art.
I have had experience with the real Impossible Quiz game and I am happy to help.
