I want to do a tutorial on how to draw something, but I'm not a very good computer artist so I want to draw something in real life, take a picture of it, and put it in a game. But I have zero idea how to get a picture onto the computer, much less on Scratch. It would be helpful if there was a way to take a picture of something directly on the computer, without having to download a program, but I could do other things too.

Take a picture on a camera then transfer it on your computer (via http://www.m2mate.com/resources/5-ways-to-transfer-iphone-photos-to-computer.html). Then upload it as a sprite or to the cubeupload image host.

You can scan it if you have a printer that can scan things. That's what I do sometimes to get pictures I draw onto the computer

. You could scan it.
. You could take the photo on a camera or phone and transfer it.
. You could use a device such as Photobooth or a photo-taking website to take s photo of it, then you can save it into your files.

You can use something like the Snipping tool on windows, and then upload it as a sprite.
