Help!!! How to make a sprite stop asking something

Hi i need help getting a sprite to stop asking a question

so the sprite is hidden so the text is in the ask box.

i've tried this

and all that so please tell me your ideas or what you know

The hide block seems the most likely solution but if you share the project we'll get a better idea what you're doing.
