No, my suggestion was to add a checkbox saying nobody but the owner can add the project to studios, which is similar to your suggestion for an option about whether the project can be added to studios.

Support. If I even see ONE of my projects in a AE studio, I will instantly download my project, delete the projects on the web, and re upload it. I really hate having to do that, because then I lose all my favs, love, comments, and views.

On your project I think you can click “studios” and then uncheck the studio that you don't want your project to be in

No, you can prevent your studio from being added altogether, not just remove it from a studio.
