Why don't you just import it? Isn't that what the import buttons there for?

That is true, but there could be a blur option for graphic effects.

There actually used to be one. I figured out how to hack it into the editor. But yes I do support having the blur effect under the drop down menu. Plus, the block functioned fine when I hacked it back in, so yes, I do want it back.

Yeah, but it would be easier if the blur effects is in the editor. So support (I'm using inkscape)
