I have been looking into the help menu issues and found a few after these ones here.

This stuff happens when you drag the blocks


When using the offline editor when you drag a block it goes over on part of the help menu but not the other but this only happens when the help menu is out

Also this happens to the bottom of the help menu too when it is out


offline the block is over the help menu when it is minimized


online editor it is over it when it is minimized


Also this only for online editor there is just a little white around the corners of the top and bottom of the help menu on the online editor

Hope they sort this stuff out for this has probably existed since this stuff was created

Bump hope this will get fixed in future updates

Well they just released an update but this stuff still didn't get fixed and may never

Yes for it is always like this and this could have been in scratch for a long time

I think most of these glitches appear in the offline editor

yes a good amount of these are in the offline editor but some can be found on the online editor too
