Based on this blog post by the ST, I realized that profile widgets were a possible addition to 2.0. Obviously, this didn't happen. My suggestion is to implent this into 2.0, with some minor adjustments, of course. I really like the idea, and would use it a lot!

Anybody want to created a mockup of how this might look? I might make one myself later.

Maybe be able to hide some things? Like if I don't want to show my row of who I'm following?

And maybe a row of projects/studios that have been front paged? We could do this by being able to “create” a row! Naming it, and selecting what goes in it.

Cool idea. Some Scratchers are developing a block-based system called “Elemental” which is based on HTML. Maybe the Scratch Team could use their system, or something like it.

Sounds like a good idea. Instead of the HTML elements, you could have profile elements and text blocks, with a profile renderer. However, this sounds like a lot of work, so Semi-support.
