Did I miss something? Are cloud variables available?!

I'm very confused, just look at this thread thread, in the first message, click the project that this guy made, there are cloud variables in it, and no one seems surprised! Am I in the twilight zone?

That's static data in the lists. They don't actually update their contents from the server, or add stuff to the server when you add messages.

(S)he probably either tested it and saved it with some data left locally in the list. Since cloud data doesn't sync, whatever was saved in the lists and variables will be restored when the project is played.
