When they think it's ready to be released. They're working really hard to get it back up so hopefully it will be soon. I'm guessing it will be before the official release so people can test it and make sure it's perfect.

Actually, they will probably bring them back before the 2.0 release so people can test them. But in a way, you're right about them coming out at the same time as 2.0 is.
