Scractch HELP!!
That sounds a lot like a school assignment. Please make sure that it is okay with your instructors for you to get help on your assignment.
If it is okay, please give a link to what you have so far so we can figure out why it is not working as you expect. Just giving you the complete answer doesn't help you learn.

If it's an assignment you need to make sure you understand the code
set [currval v] to (1)
set [oddsum v] to [0]
set [evensum v] to [0]
repeat (100)
if <((currval) mod (2)) = [0 ]> then
change [evensum v] by (currval)
else
change [oddsum v] by (currval)
end
change [currval v] by [1]
end

It's the value for the current pass through the loop - otherwise the loop isn't going through the values 1 to 100.
