I have a sort of love/hate feeling towards Mary Sues- sometimes they're so bad they're funny, and some are purposely made to be ones as a joke. As a character-creator I have the Mary Sue to end all Mary Sues to share with you:
As this characters original name was a shortened version of mine, I'm going to call them Sue for this entire paragraph.
Sue is a werewolf who can control her werewolf powers and has literally no backstory whatsoever. She has the wonderful personality of iterally whatever I needed her to behave like. She looks exactly like a skinny version of myself, glasses and all. She wears clothes that all came entirely from my wardrobe, one of which I still have to this day- a hat. This hat is special as it makes Sue invincible to any damage while she is wearing it. Sue has a large group of friends consisting of the reaper's daughter, a living seed, a ghost, the reaper's nephew, the living seed's mother who is a tiny sunflower, the reaper's son, some nerd named Norman and many other interesting people **cringes at old characters**. Later in my various comics and doodles, Sue obtained a badly drawn silver claw as a replacement for a hand I'm pretty sure she never lost.
Now here's were it gets worse. Even later, it turns out that she lives a secret life as some sort of anti-hero of some sort called the Darkwolf. The Darkwolf wears a completely black set of clothing (including a balaclava) with a lime green pair of goggles. The Darkwolf has the definitely not overpowered abilities of teleportation, shapeshifting, super-speed and not speaking for some reason. At this point my eleven-year-old self probably realized this was very a tad ridiculous and split up the character into 3: Sue before all the Darkwolf stuff, the Darkwolf and another character who emerged from one of the shapeshifts. Luckily, sue was never used again.
If anyone can top that, I'll be suprised!

The fanfiction is still available. Just look up “Starkit's Prophecy Archive” and you should find a couple of sites. That's where I read it, at least. Starkit's Prophecy is considered the most infamous Warriors fanfiction ever. Be warned, because throughout the story, several words end up getting misspelled as swear words and other inappropriate things. It also includes an incestuous relationship between Stargleam and Firestar, who is her great grandfather.

That is… quite a bad Sue. I know I've made some pretty bad ones too and discussed them earlier in the forum. Maybe I can remember some others and can add them onto here.
