Lists/Folders for Sprites
I think that we should add a ‘List’ or ‘Folder’ option so people can put multiple sprites in one folder
For Example I am working or a game called ‘Game of Games’ which is like a central for mini-games for every mini-game that I have added there has been around 5 sprites. This would mean that when I get more games (up to 10) I can put each game into a folder with the game name. This would make it much easier to find different sprites.
If you don't understand what I mean this is a summary
I would like a folder for each mini-game so it is easy to find each game.
Game of Games
The Legend Of… (Uses 37 sprites currently)

Oh Ok.
Well I guess I'm another supporter of folders but I agree with the first person, we don't need extra blocks that are specifically to do with folders

- Scratch is a file editor. Not a file browser.
- Depending on how the system is set up, it could be confusing to inexperienced Scratchers.
- How many projects use enough sprites to warrant requiring sorting sprites into folders? You can make some pretty impressive stuff from only a few sprites; in fact, I have seen some impressive 1s1s projects that could probably fit in right along griffpatch-level projects, so it's not impossible.
- If you need to organize your sprites, you can always drag them around in the sprite list to adjust the order.

It looks like this is a duplicate topic of this one over here so I'll close it to keep the conversation all in one place.
Please use the existing topic in the link above.
@Just_Ciaran - of course you didn't create it on purpose…don't worry about it, we get duplicate topics all the time. Thanks for taking the time to give us your ideas to make Scratch a better place
