I agree, Gifs are fine for studios, just not the ones that don't relate to the topic (and besides, the Doge thing gets on my nerves)

The problem is when 1) your PC is a phone and 2) the single gif is ~5 gifs, while you're on a project page.

Multiply by x30+, and you've got lag, even on a good computer.

If you feel that a studio or a profile has a inappropriate/flashy gif then just report it rather than trying to ban all gifs in studios.

I like the “gif freezer” idea but that's a feature better suited for a web browser rather than a lonely website.
