If your page is viewed by a signed-out user or by someone without a scratch account does that count as a view?

Any individual person visiting your project. If the same person visits again it doesn't count.

Uh… I just tested that by clicking the green flag on someone else's project 5 times. The result: only 1 more view.

Actually,

A view consists of:
** 1 page load, and
** 1 or more clicks of the green flag

So if you load the page but don't click the flag it doesn't count as a view, and if you click the flag more than once without refreshing the page it still only counts as one view.

Fascinating.

I don't want to necropost, but once I used my alternate account to see how many views you can milk from refreshing the page. I believe from reloading the page and pressing the green flag, you could get three views until it stops, unless that was changed in an update.

A view, in simple terms, is basically how many times your project / discussion has been looked at or watched.
