Batman Arkham Knight 100% Ending *SPOILERS*

(Before posting, please make sure you don't include anything too explicit for Scratch)

So we know in Batman Arkham Knight's normal ending, Scarecrow unmasks the bat, Bats injects Scarecrow with his own toxin yadadada. But what really interested me was the 100% ending. For those who don't know, the Knightfall Protocol is activated, Bruce enters his house and blows it up killing him and presumably Alfred which is why I believed Batman faked his death but I'll come on to that later. Later, two thugs attempt to rob a (implied) rich couple with their son. Sounds familiar, eh. Except this time, Batman's figure appears on top of a building, smoke flowing out of him and he turns to a flaming, phoenix-like bat who attacks the thugs. Now this poses the questions, was that Bruce? If yes, how did he become so powerful? If not, who is he? Here's my theory, Bruce died but Batman lived. Bruce eliminated the double personality he fought to keep hidden and became a full-time Batman. By faking his death, his appearance would be even more mysterious and fear-inducing. He told nobody as stated by one of his closest friends, Commissioner Gordon as he was confused to “who killed the Batman?”. But, I doubt Bruce just ‘turned’ into a flaming power phoenix of death because, reasons. So my theory, although seemingly far-fetched, is Batman used Scarecrow's fear toxin on criminals to create a more mysterious and surreal Batman. Nobody would believe he is still alive because of the phantasmagorical appearance. He'd be even more of a myth and nobody would believe his existence, making the fear of his appearance much more effective. I'd like to hear theories from other people.
Is Batman alive? Is the flaming thing real? Tell me your theories!

I do think he is alive but I think that Alfred is known to the world as dead and batman and Alfred work together in the hidden bat cave. but wouldn't he bat cave be exposed since it was under the mansion. Maybe they use their toxin to hide them self from even oracle. What do you think. Or did he straight up suicide?

I don't think he would kill himself. But I believe Batman told nobody, not even Alfred that his death was faked. He wouldn't risk anyone knowing it is him and telling a villain because then there would be no hiding.

Imagine a non arkham batman game explaining what happens. Maybe he is hell bat now and maybe Alfred is dead

I highly doubt he'd kill Alfred. Alfred would've probably died of a different cause or started a new life with some of the money Bruce left him. Bruce could have let Robin, Nightwing or Redhood take his money after death.
