Welcome to the 3 Faction Dystopia role-playing collaboration. The concept of this collaboration was created by HarryB178 and me. We're going to start off with a few rules.

1. Follow the community guidelines. - It is what it is.
2. Be active in either the role-playing or project-making aspect of the collaboration. - Taking up space is not exactly valued.
3. Respect admins and listen to what they say. - It keeps order and helps keep the collaboration going.
4. RP sensibly. - No alien abductions to Mountain Dew World where Unicorns destroy people's characters.
5. Don't kill another character unless they're A. Inactive, B. Their owner wants them dead, C. An admin kills them or D The owner leaves.
6. Keep characters sensible. - No evil witch doctors that eat planes, jet-skis and dirt-bikes.
7. Have fun. - Don't be a robot! RPing is supposed to be fun so have fun and enjoy your time here.
8. No superpowers, enchanted weapons or non-human characters - It helps keep everyone equal.

Now, you're probably dying to hear what the collaboration is actually about so here it is, the backstory:

Please note, this collaboration takes place in the year 2248 when all fossil fuels have run out.

A year before the beginning of all current events, a brutal contagious disease struck society leaving only a few living humans. The remaining world leaders fled from the disease. Unfortunately, society collapsed with looting and crime happening everywhere. To prevent humanity's inevitable extinction, the world leaders split the population into three different faction named Ventus, Terra and Aqua in order to keep everyone apart.

Ventus

Those who were split into Ventus took to the skies, located in floating hangers and airships. To adapt to their surroundings, Ventus made jetpacks, helicopters and hover-bikes common travel and connected buildings with pathways. Ventus are extremely good with long-ranged weapons and there base is harder to access due to lack of flying vehicles. Their weapons are mostly snipers and bows.

Terra

Those who were split into Terra went down underground, located in huge tunnels and caverns. To adapt to their surroundings, Terra made quad bikes, off-road vehicles and robotic means of transportation common travel and connected with tunnels. Terra are extremely good fighting with one-on-one combat weapons. Their base is easier to access due to it only requiring digging. Their weapons are mostly gauntlets and battleaxes.

Aqua

Those who were split into Aqua went into the water, located in underwater domes and boats. To adapt to their surroundings, Aqua made jet skis, submarines and boats common travel and connected them with tube-like pathways. Aqua are extremely good tacticians and lure their enemies into water to make it easier for them. Their base is moderately difficult to get into. Their weapons are mostly cannons and harpoons.

Founding Rules

These rules were established when the factions were invented. They are always followed.

1. All 3 factions will be seperated. Aqua will be in the sea, Terra underground and Ventus sky.
2. All 3 factions will be lead by one distinct leader. The first three leaders will be Commander Xin for Aqua, Thomas Green for Terra and Rick Aero for Ventus.
3. All 3 factions will trade together, no matter the circumstances.
4. All 3 faction's members will not be within 5 meters of a members of another faction unless a non-contact meeting has been scheduled.
5. All 3 faction's leaders will meet once a week to discuss the Earth's issues in the dome.
6. No faction will be permitted to leave the boundaries of Earth.
More may be added later

Admins are leaders of their faction BUT they must discuss things with me before killing people off (see rule 5) and I can overrule their decisions but they cannot do the same to mine (although they can give me advice). In role-playing, they're the masters of their faction and you cannot attempt to invade another faction without their guidance.

i.e. - Ventus get to fly a helicopter and avoid objects in the sky. Use arrow keys to move up and down. They need to collect fuel.
Terra get to drive a quadbike and have to outpace pursuing enemies. They can drop mines and have to shoot obstacles to destroy them.
Aqua have to go through the sea in a submarine and hunt fish, whilst avoiding obstacles

Life before factions: He was a blacksmith in a poor village but always enjoyed learning and reading. At the age of 16, he was called into the Terran army, and since then he has been rising up through the ranks.
Skills: Master Strategist and capable combatant. Also proficient weapons designer.
Occupation (Must have something to do with the faction): Weapons designer
Extra Info: He is a master of Guerilla Warfare, and he is age 20.

We will need to make this appeal to everyone so maybe put a list of occupations?

Also, you will need to mention that we make projects and it is not solely an RP collaboration.

Name: Walt Izwet
Life before factions: Walt was born to a middle-class family and received decent education. At age 19, he began taking up a few jobs, one of which was being a janitor at the local aquarium. At 22, he enrolled in college and took up courses in hydrology.
Skills: Highly intelligent, can come up with good back-up plans on the spot (most of the time) and is decent with a harpoon.
Occupation (Must have something to do with the faction): Professional hydrologist and amateur marine biologist.
Extra Info: Is still learning to use a cannon, can focus on a task rather well, slightly laidback. Currently 26.

Occupation (Must have something to do with the faction): He now has a lot of training in hand to hand combat
Skills: He can breath under water and has high level fighting skills. His robot are can shoot energy blasts, under water and on land, he has two pistols and a sword built for under water fighting!

No powers and you can only have the weapons listed. This collab will not solely be based on battle.
