Scratch & Flash Player Compatability
Well, that's probably IE's fault. What if I use Internet Explorer?
Good question! I'll ask one of the developers. If you can access Scratch projects at the moment, you're probably good to go :]
Actually, today I've noticed that Scratch projects are loading slower than usual, but I'm still able to access them. I wonder if that has anything to do with this.

Scratch & Flash Player Compatability
I use a Surface RT, meaning I have no other option except to use Internet Explorer. And I've noticed a couple changes that cause problems the were not previously an issue for me:
-Right clicking in the editor brings up a dropdown of settings for abode flash, and it gets in the way of the options I want to use, making me continually having to shift click.
-I cannot upload gif images into the editor anymore to organize my sprites. Now I have to upload images and organize them manually. A tedious process that I could have easily avoided should I have been able to import a gif.
-still expanding…
I hope Scratch Team can look into this, as programming with Scratch, as great as it is, has become a real pain, and I don't want that to be the case.
Thank You.

I don't use Flash Player. Too dangerous. And Adobe's security system is too weak for my standard. I never have it installed.

What happens if i use Opera 30? Hey everyone,
Firefox has blocked all versions of Flash that came out before today, July 14th, 2015. Updating Flash to 18.0.0.209, which came out this morning, should fix it.
If you're using Firefox or Safari, go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to update your Flash player. If you're using Chrome, no worries, your Flash player will update automatically. If you're using Internet Explorer, Adobe suggests running a Windows Update to get newest version of Flash.
Why did this happen? Firefox blocked older versions of the Flash player due to a security problem. Adobe, the company who makes Flash, has issued an update to fix the problem. Update and you'll be good to go.
Scratch On!

Actually, IE and Edge are two different apps. (Before Windows 10 came out, I had the Insider Preview, and now I got the actual version on my laptop)I do as well. My dad uses IE, I don't know why in the world he does though. The rest of my family uses Chrome. If you have Windows, you will have IE regardless of whether you use it or not, since it's the default browser in Windows 8 and older. Windows 10 will have a new browser, Edge, but it's basically IE in disguise.me too, but i only use chrome I Have Internet Explore AND Google Chrome.

Try that. Should work.
All you have to do is find a project that you like, and then type in the link there.
