I suspect most modern TVs accept both PAL and NTSC SD signals. Either way it'll look dreadful and blurry due to scaling issues.
It'd look good on a CRT TV but then the PAL/NTSC issue comes up

It's like an SNES, but with backwards compatibility. And two cartridge slots. But you can get an adaptor to play Genesis games on SNES. But I don't need it, I already have a Sega Genesis.

I saw a video about a guy who found a Famicom, some games and a beat up SNES in a box.
So jealous. All I have is a GameBoy Color, A Sega Genesis, and a Retro Duo.
