I don't want the flag and the stop button
I don't want the flag and the stop button because in other flash games, they don't have that, so I want it to look normal

How would the person stop/start the project then? Also, not all Scratch projects are like “flash games”.

Absolutely no support. The green flag and stop sign are the signature buttons of Scratch programming.

Yep! Instead of copying other programs, Absolutely no support. The green flag and stop sign are the signature buttons of Scratch programming.they're going to start saying, “We need to be more like Scratch: simple yet advanced”. The green flag and stop sign are unique. I don't want to have to go to File to run the project

Yeah, but: I don't want the flag and the stop button because in other flash games, they don't have that, so I want it to look normal
A: There's Fullscreen Mode, and that's as close as it's gonna get
B: Scratch is Time-Based, while Flash has a Timeline integrated in the system. It doesn't run based off of which script comes next or how long it starts from the Green Flag, Flash runs based off of moving frame to frame, in where each frame holds a different point of visual/coding data to use. But when those frames change depends. Sometimes 0.33 seconds, sometimes however long it takes you to finish the level.
C: Pressing the green flag is like 50 000 times faster than refreshing the page.

It would be cool though to have some sort of optional black border around your projects to hide the flag and stop sign while online. When I say optional I mean the viewer chooses to have it on or not.

It used to be Java, actually, so I don't see why make such a big deal about a small thing. Besides, it's better because you are in control.

Guys, I think he means an option to disable it on certain projects.

Well, removing them could break a lot of projects as they depend on them to function.

If you need it so much, I think you can overlay something on that bit when you embed the project to hide it.

Mind if I add your current signature to that quote? If you need it so much, I think you can overlay something on that bit when you embed the project to hide it.

What did the flag and stop button ever do to you? So many people are used to them, I don't see how removing them would work.
The thing to remember is that Scratch ≠ Other Flash Games.

The project would start automatically. And I support. As long as there is an option to turn it on and off.

Has anyone thought about how many users create their projects? They use the flag and stop buttons all the time in the editor. I really don't see why you'd want to remove them. How would you be testing your projects if you couldn't use the flag and stop to restart it?
Absolutely no support.
