A turn off/on comments on all projects button on profile/my stuff

Title says it all. I think this would be great because if you do not want to be disturbed (testing), leaving for a bit, or something else, and you have lots of projects, that button would come to the use!

“i know your going to a restruant called badrestruant but don't go there it scams people”!!

or

“don't share your passwoord with accountstealer101, he will steal it and control it1”

1) Scratch isn't a review site

2) It's people's responsibilities with passwords. If he did it, he should be blamed.

Same with turning off comments in general. IT will be optional too.
