Can't Exit Remix Editor in Chrome
Just now, when I was in a “See Inside” part of a project, I tried to exit, but I hadn't remixed yet, so this screen came up that asked me if I was sure if I wanted to exit the page. I said yes, thinking that the screen would disappear and I would no longer be on that page, however, to my shock, another screen came up with the same message. This happened over and over and over. Even when I held the “Enter” key for ten seconds, the messages would not go away. I eventually had no choice but to restart my browser. This process was a pain in the neck to deal with. If you know how to deal with this type of situation without doing what I did, could you please tell me? If you are a member of the Scratch Team and you are reading this, could you please fix this bug? Thanks in advance!

Hello. Could you please explain in more detail? What happened, and what did you try first? That will help the Scratch Team to help understand the situation more. Thank you!

Can't Exit Remix Editor in Chrome
Dear rollercoasterfan,
Thanks for your response. I was inside the editor of someone else's project, and I decided not to remix it. I put my three fingers on the trackpad (I have a laptop), and I swiped to the left, as that also serves as the “go back” function. However, a screen came up, telling me that my changes weren't saved, and that if I wanted to save them, I would have to remix it. The screen asked me if I still wanted to leave the page, and I clicked on the option that would let me leave the page. However, another screen with the same message came up. I did the same thing. Same thing happened again. The option to leave the page was in blue, so I pressed and held the enter key to leave the page. Even as I held that key, the screens just kept on coming infinitely. I eventually had to go to Finder application, and click on the “Force Quit” option. I clicked on the option to force quit Chrome, and it quit, and the screens stopped popping up. I reopened Chrome, and clicked on the “Restore” button, which comes up if Chrome wasn't quit with the “Command-Q” function. What should I do to prevent something like this from happening in the future? Thanks!

I don't know, as that's never happened to me. Try leaving the editor, and instead go back to the project page. Then close, as it won't give you the warning if you're in the project page. Hope I helped!

That's actually what I tried to do, go back to the project page, but it wouldn't let me.
