You should make a mature content filter for older Scratchers.

Don't support. Scratch is an all-ages webiste, and there shouldn't be mature content in here.

But, for projects that are not too much inappropriate, but at the same time can be somewhat offensive to very young scratchers, there's a rating called NFE (Not For Everyone).

This will not be implemented. The Scratch Team has repeatedly said that all of this website is for all ages, and as such no “mature” content of any kind is allowed on it.

Oh god, no. Scratch is made for kids of all ages to learn programming, not get involved with 18+ content.

This is a safe-for-all site, and if adults think they can make NSFW content, well, guess what the younger might do. Not to mention, many people will quit Scratch when their parents see this.

Wait, why? This is a KID FRIENDLY WEBSITE. If you intend to have a project filter, then trolls will find a way to go around and basically deflect it so that inappropriate content could get more popular without front page. Also, they could spam links to said projects. That, and nobody wants to think about what UNEARTHLY “M Rated” projects they could scrounge up due to said filter being made. This suggestion has been made several times, in different ways. They will say no to this idea.

If kids weren't stupid enough to press a button that said ADULT CONTENT 18+ on it, then I would support. I would never get close to supporting 18+ content, but I wouldn't mind if there was a 13+ swear filter for minor swear words.

No, no. The whole website has to be totally kid-friendly, no swearing, and no Not Safe For Work content. I'm pretty sure they won't mind if you bend the rules slightly, like a shooter game similar to Doom. But seriously, what do you even need to make mature content here for anyway? Besides, your proposition isn't that descriptive either.

I have to agree with what everyone else said: Scratch is a site designed for anyone and everyone. Besides, let's be honest… how many of us have made an account on a site where we boosted our own age by a year or more, just to register?

Some kids go on websites and can't even read.

No. Just, NO. All content on Scratch is available for all ages, 0 - 403050255868149069410456342343. Mature filters would transform a peaceful wonderful environment into a nightmare. Who knows what could be posted?

Don't support at all. Go to Newgrounds for stuff like that.
