How to make sliders in Scratch?!?!?!
Thanks, but That's not what I'm asking. I want to know how to make a slider. I don't get it… I can only make variables… Not sliders.

If you are following the above instructions and it still doesn't work, it could be a glitch.

If you really can't right-click (have you tried click while holding control key?), then double-click on a variable will switch its state - first to show just the value (i.e. not the variable name), then to show the slider.
BTW, if you're on Mac laptop, and the trackpad two-finger click doesn't work, then maybe you need to enable it in the System Prefs? Take a look at the trackpad system prefs pane.
Hope that helps!

Have we all forgotten shift-clicking? Try that, that works for me when right-clicking doesn't. Double click on the variable two times (on the player section of the editor) and it will change to large view, then slider.

Shift-click? Command-click?
I'm confused - it's always been control-click for my Macs on OSX (to get a contextual menu)…?
Do others really use something other than control-click on their Macs (if no right button on mouse) to get such menus?

The answer have been given by belugawhale.
You double-click on the variable in the project windows (not the script window)
What is confusing?
Don't be confused: JUST DOUBLE-CLICK, don't bother with shift or any other keys, it's a simple click 2 times very quick, nothing more.
This thread should be closed, unless you have to ask the way to double-click or you don't understand where to double-click, we can explain, just ask.

So you I right clicked and shift clicked and it still didn't work. HEllllllpp
Open your project
See Inside
Show the variable you want to turn into a slider
Move into the are of the screen where you can interact with your game (upper left box).
If you are in the part of the screen where you crate variables, or make scripts, you are in the WRONG place
Move your cursor over the variable
Right Click
Select SLIDER
Right click again
Select Set Slider MIN and MAX
Enter your desired values
Enjoy
