Scratch & Flash Player Compatability
FLASH IS DEAD!!! THAT'S WHY!!!!!!!!That's strange. Did you try downloading the most recent version of Flash from the website in the opening post? My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.5.8, Safari 5.0.6, Flash 10.3 (release 183) My computer won't let me update Flash.

Maybe you could use a browser other than IE? Hmm… I updated my computer yet I STILL have the old version. What do I do? (I use IE)
Anyway, try running a windows update to update IE.
Erm. Problem. IE IS THE ONLY BROWSER I HAVE ;-;

Problem 2: My dad isn't home to type in the admin's password. I have to wait hours until he comes home.
(I want to have GC though.)

I have Google Chrome, but every time I load up something on not just Scratch, but every website that uses adobe flash player there is a yellow box with a puzzle piece on it that says “Flash player was blocked because it was out of date” but it still manually lets me use Flash Player.

iPads use Safari, Apple's official internet browser.

Don't worry,I command Firefox to allow Flash. Hey everyone,
Firefox has blocked all versions of Flash that came out before today, July 14th, 2015. Updating Flash to 18.0.0.209, which came out this morning, should fix it.
If you're using Firefox or Safari, go to https://get.adobe.com/flashplayer/ to update your Flash player. If you're using Chrome, no worries, your Flash player will update automatically. If you're using Internet Explorer, Adobe suggests running a Windows Update to get newest version of Flash.
Why did this happen? Firefox blocked older versions of the Flash player due to a security problem. Adobe, the company who makes Flash, has issued an update to fix the problem. Update and you'll be good to go.
Scratch On!
