The title's kinda misleading.

Anyways, @eaglgenes101 is right, the ST have planned to add cloud lists since 2.0 launched.

Just out of interest, does anyone know why we don't have cloud lists? I seem to remember them on the beta version of 2.0

They malfunctioned quite a bit in the beta. Because of that, the Scratch Team had to remove them. For the current version, they have to check the code much more thoroughly and make sure that everything works perfectly. Given the state of cloud variables right now (they don't even save properly half the time), they aren't likely to add any new features until the current glitches are fixed.
