So i don't think anyone could win because d has strong heroes Weak villains and Marvel got Some weak heroes but Has Strong villains

what about doomsday, when he dies, he comes back to life BUT can not be killed by the thing that killed him

Luthor is respectable, except many of his weapons are meant for Superman, and Superman has different weaknesses than almost anyone else in Marvel or DC.
