Suggestion for Sound Blocks: Edit pitch/speed of sound

Considering how we can change rotation style, stop an entire sprite's script, and even change backdrops from the sprites, perhaps it wouldn't be too much to ask for a block that can affect the pitch and speed of a sound while it's playing. For example, the excellant rom-hack Rockman Minus Infinity has its “panic” theme simply be a different pitch and tempo of the main boss theme, and it switches immediately, at the same note.

What do you guys think?

Maybe a set of ‘sound effect’ blocks, like the ‘graphics effect’ blocks for Looks:

'change [ pitch ] effect by ( 12 )'
'set [ pitch ] effect to ( 57 )'
‘clear sound effects’

Lots of choices for sound effects.

I also would like a 'pause sound [ ]' block. Or (tempo) would go down to zero…

i too agree to this but maybe st should fix the sound errors for some xp users from my testing ios and windows 8 dont have any sound bugs just xp
anyways i think adding these blocks ( or those functions to the sound editor) would be very useful we colud then design a mixer program to do our bidding
