Not equal to block
There should be a
()≠()::boolean operatorsblock. It would pretty much just do
<<[] > [ ]> or <[] < [ ]>>or
<not <[] = [ ]>>But it's so annoying to keep making that. If they do end up doing it, it should be when they start running out of ideas.

<not <[] = []>>
