Others can't see my shared projects

I am relatively new to Scratch, so I apologize if I missed something obvious. I clicked Share on several projects I made almost 2 weeks ago and still don't see them on the Scratch site, even when searching for them by name. I want some friends who don't currently have logins to be able to see them. I even tried creating a Studio and adding my projects to it, but no luck. I also searched by my login name and can't find them. Please note that when I am logged in I can access my projects - I just want others to be able to access them on their own computers on the Scratch website. Is there something else I need to do?

FYI, one of the projects is named “Porcupine Game” if you want to try searching for it yourself.

Thanks, and by the way, Scratch rocks!

Hello there ricardomas! The Scratch search bar takes some time to index projects, users and forum posts. It can take quite a while for projects to begin to appear in the results, try giving your friends a direct url to the project so they can view it. Or give them a direct link to your profile so they can see all of your projects.

Hope it helps, happy Scratching!

Hi! The reason behind this is mainly because your projects have very little views. Maybe you could create a link and do a bit of advertising. It worked for me! Since your new, it'll take quite a while to get it going but believe me it will soon.
Hope this helps and a warm welcome to scratch!

Well, you can go to your profile at http://scratch.mit.edu/users/ricardomas. You don't have to sign in, and it will show your profile with the projects, studios, following, followers, and so on! I hope that helped!

I've shared two projects over the last couple weeks. Neither of them are searchable, nor is my user account. How do I share my stuff?

This has happened to me too. Its going to take awhile for your projects to show when you search for them. The wait can take from 3 days to a week. I recommend giving them the link. That should work.

if others can't see your projects you are probably not a new scratcher or a scratcher if you are 1 of those then try typing your name it should say then you click it and then it will get you to your profile its sport to say on scratch try it then check it by press the scratch logo next to create then look up if it does not say new scratcher or scratcher that is because you need to be one if it says that but when you type your name and it says no results then ask scratch that question

if you are not a new scratcher or a scratcher then scratch doesn't think you can be good enough for that also you have to press the share link

Everyone is good enough to be on Scratch. It just takes a while for the search engine to update - this tyically happens within 2 weeks.

But yeah, this thread is quite old - please check the date of the topic before posting and don't bump up old threads unless they are still relevant. Thanks!
