In this game, many people seem to have problems spawning; when they do it crashes.

First of all, how often does this happen? This never happens to me, but for others it happens no matter what.

Secondly, does it say player crash or just crash?
If it's the player, it's a spawning issue, but otherwise it's a issue with the blocks or enemies.

Beacuse of how my code is, it might be hard to fix for others, but if it's a issue with the player crashing you can try to fix it in the “reset” custom block in the hitbox sprite.
