If I were you I'd restart my browser and try again. I'm assuming that you know how to actually change the notes.

Tell me if the problem continues.

Did you click in the box to type?

Are you using IE? If so, then it's a known website bug. The easy fix would be to switch to another browser such as Firefox or Chrome until the bug is fixed.
