Even though Mangle is broken she could have cause the Bite Of 87. Here is my proof: The Toy Animatronics were the ones that were scrapped in the second game. The Old Animatronics were used in the first game WHICH WAS AFTER THE SECOND GAME. And the first game that's place in 1993, but, the second game WAS IN 1987. So that's my point.

They toy animatronics/ the withered ones/ the normal ones had either plastic, rubbery or fabric- covered teeth. That stuff couldn't possibly cause a death, let alone bite off a body part. The Nightmare animatronics have teeth sharper than a shark's. Especially Nightmare Chica's, and Nightmare Foxy can open up really wide. So my current assumption is Nightmare Foxy.

Go to YouTube and search ‘FNAF 2 Trailer Music Reversed’ It plainly says ‘Killer is out, Mike kill all, Mike kill all, we’ve had enough'. So there's a reason for that random music in the beginning of that trailer..

Possibly, the reason they look nightmare-ish was because Fritz rebuilt them and these are what came out. The phantom animatronics were what came out of the fire.

But, That set the kids free and they came back for revenge there ghost scared purple man into the spring trap suit. Then purple man breaths into the spring and dies and the souls were free. Next here the place was left to rot for 30 years. Later they came back and reopened it and called it “Fazbears fright the horror attraction” However, The place burned down before it was opened to public.

I constantly have my iPad at full brightness but I didn't see that. Plus all of the nightmare animatronics have was it me written on the trailers. There may still be more teasers for FNAF 4 to come. We can't place the blame on Foxy with no proof.

There are thirty animatronics so far.. We have to include the four Nightmare animatronics, N. Freddy, N. Chica, N. Bonnie and N. Foxy. For the bite, my main suspects are: Toy Chica, Withered Chica, Foxy, Mangle, Bonnie, Withered Foxy, Nightmare Freddy, Nightmare Chica and Nightmare Foxy.
