Video sensing drawing? projects?

Hello i am looking for a project where a dot accurately follows your finger or hand accurately. im looking for projects or code ideas please.

Also does video sensing detect color at all?

Nope, video sensing does not detect color and it would be hard if not impossible to sense hand-movement. This is the closest thing I can find. Hope I helped
