So I know a TON of people do art and post it on scratch…
and some draw in scratch…
but others use programs…

Are there any drawing programs that are really great for online art? If so please let me know! But please, no download programs would be the best

Try sumopaint.com! I use it most of the time! My only complaint about it is that the fill with paint option doesn't work the best, but otherwise it's great!

I agree with Wikid_Flame. Sumopaint.com is useful. I find it a little frustrating at times, but usually it is just fine. I know that you are asking for out-of-scratch programs, but I'll still say that Scratch's Vector editor is really good too, especially if you don't have other online drawing equipment.
