Welcome to Scratch! You can find studios and profiles that allow advertising/feedback and ask there! You could also suggest your projects to be curated (I recommend doing this when you are a Scratcher). You really shouldn't advertise(although under Show and Tell its fair game). Try advertising it on your signature(and hope no kumquats eat it0
