This is the topic where our dedicated trainer, TheHockeyist, (Formerly Crimson19) trains our members until they are ready to be released to a higher rank and complete orders.
This is also the topic where we discuss cuts, guidelines, member ranks, etc.
Cut Rules
1. If you are inactive for more than 2 weeks, you will be lowered a rank. If you are inactive another week, you will be cut.
2. If you steal music from anywhere, you will be cut.
3. If you try to take over the collab while I am still founder, you will be banned from Tropical Waves for 5 months
4. If you try to take an order with your alt account and pretend to not be that account, you will be cut
Break Policies
1. You have 2 weeks of break per month. If you take more than that, it will be taken out of the next month.
2. If you are inactive for more than 2 months, even while on break, you will be cut.
3. The Board Of Directors do not have to take breaks

1. TheHockeyist will train the trainees in his training program.
2. If you get 5 demerits, you will be cut.
3. If you get 5 merits, you will be promoted.
