I kind of agree with that, Chara could be considered a protagonist in pacifist and neutral, however, in post-genocide pacifist timelines, Chara is an antagonist. In genocide… Frisk is also the antagonist along with Chara.

Yeah, Chara isn't all that bad! I saw an excellent theory about how Chara really felt love for the Dreemurrs and truly wanted to free the monsters. But to be honest, they weren't the best during the Genocide route.
