I'm working on a game that involves a door, and when you open it a monster materializes. But the script that makes the monster seem like it is slowly appearing put of thin air (set ghost effect to 100, set whirl effect to 100, repeat 100 (change ghost effect by -1, change whirl effect by - 1) is also going ahead when you open the door again, after you've already opened it once and closed it again, so it looks like the monster materializes when you open the door, instead of just coming out from behind the door. What I'm trying to say is that the monster is only supposed to appear slowly the first time you open the door, but it does every time. If anyone has any idea how to help, please say so
