so what happened was I was making a project and when tried to use the vector fill tool it wasn't working I switched it over to bitmap and it was working but vector wasn't. Not really sure when it started but it sure is annoying. i don't know if its on other computers or just me.

What were you trying to fill? Vector works differently from bitmap. I don't fully understand it yet but from what I've read, vector uses math and stuff to make shapes while bitmap uses pixels. I think fill only works on closed shapes and lines in vector mode, while it can be used anywhere in bitmap. Vector fill also doesn't work on things originally made in bitmap, so if you have something like an imported png or art made in bitmap, it can't be filled in vector.

i was trying to fill the bedroom 2 backdrop and bitmap doesent fill it properly..

This could be because the shape isn’t fully filled. If the shape isn’t 100% closed, then the fill tool doesn’t work. Or if the shape is not 1 shape, then it wouldn’t fill either
