(My browser / operating system: MacOS Macintosh X 10.15.7, Chrome 124.0.0.0, Flash 32.0 (release 0) but you dont need to know this because other people experience this too)

i have seen a project https://scratch.mit.edu/projects/1013790149/ by @orangeluigi that on @orangeluigi 's profile has the default profile picture as a thumbnail

this has also happened to studios with the default studio icon becoming the default profile picture
